Throw Back Thursday? Ok. I'll play along...

The time I caught this shot at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in 2012. A pricey Chute Pass was what gave me access to this angle. Many more where this came from...

That evening, I also realized how I much liked the look of a real cowboy... judging from behind of course. No way better to see cowboys up-close, trust me! Their monogrammed leather chaps, boots, dusty jeans and hats. The gloves were intense! (I'm a glove girl.)

Above all, the unique stance each had was pretty powerful. They stood all the while, waiting their turn, focused on perhaps whether they'd be the next to topple... That was a nice night in Houston, Texas.

LIVE - Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week + London, Milan, & Paris

I always dreamt of going around the world to see the shows for myself. There really isn't anything like seeing them LIVE. I did attend Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week when it came to Houston. Naomi and Gemma Ward led the looks. That's how it's DONE!

Now with Fashion Houston and Houston Fashion Week, I think we're off to a good start and things will only get better. Houston was recently called "America's next great global city by Forbes" ... & my playpen, The Heights, is now the 4th BEST neighborhood in the country, (despite a recent rash of crime). YEAH!

Anyway, if you love fashion as much as I do, get your cup of coffee and spend the weekend in.

Gonzo 24/7 explains his "Baby"

AEROSOL WARFARE's own Gonzo 24/7 discusses the concept behind the "Baby" image he's been using since the 90's... an image that's still new to many like the guys from Soulutionn who were on scene to show support.

Plus, a new wall he's painting with many of the "Baby" images, that are going up across the street. He says each baby on that wall will play a special role, commemorating the area's homeless in a very special and unique way.

The Heights, 4th BEST Neighborhood In U.S.

I knew the Heights was great decades ago. Now it's official. The only surprise is that it took this long to make the list.

Decades ago, I was born at Heights Hospital, which doesn't exist anymore. I went to school in the neighborhood and over the years, my family and I have seen the Heights morph in to what it is today. Many businesses have continued to build out or add more than one location, right within the area. With boundaries already bursting at the seams, there's still more on the way... So stay tuned.
